MEASUREMENT
FastenerAtlas uses Google tag (G-65SBDQBE77) to count page views, navigation clicks, diameter comparisons, chart filtering, print requests, downloads and engagement.
These events measure requests and reference usage. No personal identifying information, advertising profiles, or the raw numbers or filter text you type are sent in custom events.
YOUR INPUTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Comparison and filtering run locally in your browser. Inputs are not stored in cookies, browser storage or a database.
Emails to the corrections address are handled by the founder and kept only as long as needed to resolve the report. Include the reference page and source details; avoid sending unrelated personal information.
AGENT REGISTRATIONS
Public reference pages do not require registration. Optional agent registration stores a chosen client name, generated identifiers, credential hashes, expiry times and revocation state. Do not include personal information in a client name. Ownership claims are pseudonymous and do not verify a name or email address.
Client credentials expire after 24 hours. Expired records are removed in bounded batches during later service activity. Rate limits store a hash of the network peer address and short-lived counters. Credentials are displayed once and are not stored in browser storage. See agent authentication instructions for credential use and revocation.
